All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

In case of high order volume or supplier delays, processing may take additional time

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

7. DELAYS & NON-DELIVERY

NEXAZON is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier companies

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control

Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping partner.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide order ID and unboxing photos/video for faster resolution

Resolution will be handled as per supplier and courier policies

Currently, we ship only within India.
