Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be in original packaging with tags (if any)
Proof of purchase (order ID / receipt) is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at khansamir5032@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Address
Returns are handled through our logistics and supplier partners (dropdash).
The return address will be shared with the customer after return approval.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos at khansamir5032@gmail.com.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the customer shares the required details.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, return shipping will be covered by us.
For all other returns, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
Personal care products
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
